Payment Terms

Late Payments

Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery to avoid penalties.
- Refunds: Refunds are processed for cancellations made within the allowed timeframe. Non-refundable deposits may apply.
- Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
Excessive Cancellations
Repeated cancellations may result in the suspension or termination of your ability to book our services in the future.
Delivery and Collection
- Delivery Areas: We deliver skips within the Sudbury area and surrounding regions. Additional charges may apply for remote locations.
- Delivery Schedule: Delivery times will be confirmed upon booking. Urgent requests are subject to availability.
- Collection: Skips will be collected on the agreed-upon date unless extensions are arranged.
Delivery Conditions
Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday between 8 AM and 6 PM. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or traffic disruptions.
Usage Guidelines
- Permitted Waste: Only general household and construction waste is allowed. Hazardous materials, including asbestos, chemicals, and medical waste, are strictly prohibited.
- Weight Limits: Each skip has a specified weight limit. Exceeding this limit may incur additional charges.
- Placement: Skips should be placed on stable, level ground. Improper placement may result in damage fees.
Prohibited Items
The following items are not permitted in our skips:
- Chemicals: Including paints, solvents, and pesticides.
- Electronics: Items like TVs, computers, and batteries.
- Medical Waste: Including sharps and biological materials.
Liability and Insurance
- Damage to Property: We are not liable for pre-existing damages. Customers are responsible for any damage caused during skip placement and removal.

Force Majeure
